luckyi8 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing or using the luckyi8 platform — whether by visiting luckyi8.ws, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These three documents together form the complete agreement between you and luckyi8.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the luckyi8 platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. luckyi8 reserves the right to update these terms at any time — significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification.

To register and use the luckyi8 platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. luckyi8 does not accept players below the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being). Corporate, trust or other entity accounts are not permitted.
• You must be registering for personal recreational purposes only. Using luckyi8 for commercial purposes, data collection or third-party benefit is prohibited.
• You must not be self-excluded from luckyi8 or be subject to a cooling-off period under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law.

luckyi8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. This includes but is not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of date of birth or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each eligible player may register one account only at luckyi8. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or via different phone numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited.

When registering your luckyi8 account you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth and mobile number.
• Keep your registration information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings or notify support promptly.
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. luckyi8 will never ask for your password by email, live chat or any other channel.
• Take full responsibility for all activity that takes place under your luckyi8 account, whether by you or by any third party to whom you have disclosed your login credentials.
• Notify luckyi8 immediately at support@luckyi8.ws if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

luckyi8 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee access to all features or promotions.

luckyi8 is committed to maintaining a safe and secure platform. As part of this, we apply Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures consistent with standard industry practice. KYC verification may be triggered by:

• A withdrawal request above the stated threshold (currently Rs 50,000 per transaction or Rs 2,00,000 cumulative in a 30-day period).
• Activity that triggers our internal fraud detection systems.
• A request to change key account details such as mobile number or payment method.
• Routine periodic verification for long-standing accounts.

When KYC verification is requested, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: A clear copy of your National Identity Card (CNIC), both front and back.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot of your Easypaisa, JazzCash or other registered payment account showing the account holder name matching your luckyi8 registration.
• Proof of address if required: A recent utility bill, bank statement or other official document showing your name and address.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC completion. Once documents are submitted and verified — typically within 24 hours on business days — the withdrawal will process normally. luckyi8 treats all submitted documents with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All deposits at luckyi8 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though luckyi8 reserves the right to apply account-specific limits based on account status and verification level.

Accepted deposit methods include:

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender of funds is not the registered luckyi8 account holder — are not permitted. Deposits identified as originating from third parties will be refunded and the account reviewed.

luckyi8 is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa & JazzCash: Under 15 minutes for standard accounts; under 60 minutes for VIP members (priority processing, 24/7).
• NayaPay & SadaPay: Under 1 hour during business hours.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Up to 4 hours during business hours; next business day for requests submitted outside banking hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on issuing bank.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There are no withdrawal fees charged by luckyi8. Receiving bank or wallet fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your luckyi8 account. luckyi8 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. luckyi8 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal (see Section 4).

luckyi8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, VIP cashback and event-specific promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual offer at the time of claiming.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the conditions stated in the offer. Some bonuses are restricted to first-time depositors; others are available to all players. Conditions are always stated clearly.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active deposit bonus can be held simultaneously. Claiming a new deposit bonus while an existing one is active may result in the existing bonus and associated wagering progress being forfeited.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Unclaimed or unfulfilled bonuses expire automatically at the stated time. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are removed from your balance.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses restrict which games count toward wagering requirements or exclude certain game categories entirely. These restrictions are listed in the bonus terms.
• Abuse: luckyi8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system through irregular betting patterns, multi-accounting or any other means.

luckyi8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time. Ongoing promotions already claimed by eligible players will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of claiming.

All games available at luckyi8 — including slots, crash games, roulette, jackpot slots and virtual sports — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By playing any game at luckyi8 you agree to be bound by its specific rules in addition to these general terms.

luckyi8 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Crash game outcomes are provably fair — cryptographic hashes are published before each round and results can be independently verified. Slot games are sourced from licensed providers with audited RTP rates that are published in the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or error during a game round:

• If a round cannot be completed due to a malfunction, luckyi8 will void the round and return the stake to the player's account.
• If a round has been completed and the result recorded before a technical issue occurs, the recorded result stands.
• luckyi8 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own internet connection issues during live game rounds.

luckyi8 offers betting markets on esports tournaments (including CS2, Dota 2, VALORANT, League of Legends and others) and virtual sports events. The following terms apply specifically to these products:

• Match Postponement: If a scheduled match is postponed, luckyi8 will hold the market open for up to 24 hours after the original scheduled start time. If the match is not played within this period, all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is officially cancelled, all bets are voided and stakes returned to players' wallets.
• Abandoned Matches: If a match is abandoned before reaching its natural conclusion, bets are settled based on the result at the point of abandonment if the following conditions are met: at least half of the scheduled maps/games were completed. Otherwise, bets are voided.
• Correct Scores: Correct score markets are settled on the official final scoreline. Overtime or extended play counts toward the final result unless stated otherwise in the specific market terms.
• Live In-Play Bets: All live in-play bets are confirmed at the moment of acceptance. Once accepted, a live bet cannot be withdrawn. Early cash-out, where available, is subject to the current in-play value at the time of the cash-out request.
• Results: All esports results are settled based on the official result as declared by the tournament organiser. luckyi8 reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation of the official result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at luckyi8. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one luckyi8 account, whether in your own name or through another person.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, using coordinated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or any other manipulation of the promotions system.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; impersonating another person.
• Money laundering: Using luckyi8 for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime. luckyi8 cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in all relevant investigations.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any game format to manipulate outcomes to the detriment of other players or luckyi8.
• Cheating software: Using any software, bot, script, exploit or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market at luckyi8.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening or harassing communications toward luckyi8 staff members through any channel.

luckyi8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time. Reasons for account suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity as described in Section 10.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A Rs 200 per month administrative fee applies to dormant accounts. Players are notified before any fee is applied.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these terms, any balance held at the time of closure may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach — such as a player's own request or for business reasons — any eligible balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following KYC completion.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact support@luckyi8.ws. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

luckyi8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or emotional harm. The luckyi8 platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Wagering Limits: Set limits on the total amount you can wager in a given period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss in PKR for any defined period.
• Session Time Controls: Set a maximum session duration. You will be automatically logged out and shown a summary of your session activity when the limit is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break of 24 hours to 6 weeks. Your account is restricted during this period and you cannot override it until it expires.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from luckyi8 for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luckyi8 and its affiliates, employees and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the luckyi8 platform.
• Technical failures, internet outages, server downtime or third-party service disruptions that affect your access to or use of luckyi8.
• Losses sustained as a direct result of gaming activity, including but not limited to wager losses across any game category.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracies in promotional materials that are the result of typographical or system errors — subject to correction and fair player compensation at luckyi8's discretion.

Nothing in these terms limits luckyi8's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be lawfully limited. luckyi8's total liability to any individual player for any single incident shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the incident.

luckyi8 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes that materially affect player rights or obligations will be communicated to registered players via:

• An email notification to your registered email address, sent at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• A prominent in-platform notification visible upon login.
• An updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For minor changes such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications or editorial updates that do not affect player rights, luckyi8 may update these terms without advance notice. Continued use of the luckyi8 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
